Delivery within Bangladesh

Delivery times run from order confirmation and receipt of the agreed advance, where required. Pre-orders have a separate 15-calendar-day timeframe under our Pre-order Policy. We currently accept delivery orders within Bangladesh only.
Cash on delivery and advance charges
For COD orders, the applicable delivery charge is normally payable in advance to confirm dispatch. SPOILT may allow dispatch without advance collection on an individual order; this waives the advance requirement, not the delivery charge, unless we expressly confirm otherwise. Advance payments are credited against the order total and are not charged a second time on delivery. Pay only through payment instructions confirmed by SPOILT and keep your transaction reference. The amount remaining due will be confirmed before dispatch.
Order details and delivery issues
Please provide a complete delivery address and a reachable phone number. Contact us promptly to request corrections before dispatch. Address changes after dispatch depend on courier availability; any additional charge must be disclosed and agreed before the change is arranged.
If a delivery is delayed, missing or incorrectly marked delivered, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the courier. Courier involvement does not remove SPOILT's responsibilities as the seller. Unexpected disruption will be communicated with a revised estimate; any cancellation or refund rights required by law remain available. We will discuss any re-delivery arrangement and its charges before proceeding.
Returns, exchanges and delivery-charge refunds are explained in our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy. A defective, damaged-on-arrival or wrong-item refund is treated differently from a change-of-mind return.
